Concrete Magic provides terrazzo floor restoration and refinishing services including patching, diamond grinding to remove lippage or deep scratches, honing to remove small
and medium scratches and etching from acidic or high alkaline substances, and polishing to provide shine and luster.

With little or no down time or loss of business while your
work is completed, your Portland cement terrazzo floor can
be ground, patched, honed, and chemically sealed using our
water-based acrylic Concrete Magic Terrazzo Sealer to create
a brilliant surface finish.

As an alternative to a sealed cementitious matrix terrazzo floor, Concrete Magic offers multi-step diamond grinding and polishing
to provide a mechanically diamond ground and high polished low maintenance floor surface.

Additionally, your resinous (epoxy or polyester) terrazzo or polyacrylate (modified cementitious matrix) terrazzo can be restored to original condition.
